The 19.COM is the **19th session of UNESCO’s Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage**, a global gathering where member states meet to evaluate nominations, share progress, and strengthen commitments to preserving traditions that enrich humanity.

To support delegates visiting Paraguay, we created a comprehensive, multilingual website that centralizes essential travel information, event logistics, cultural context, and dedicated resources about the **Guarania, the Paraguayan musical genre** to be inscribed as **Intangible Cultural Heritage** during this session.
